Technology of copper ore beneficiation

Ore mined from copper mines must be processed and smelted to become refined copper or copper products. In the copper processing, the three processes are crushing, grinding and mineral processing.

The professional equipment is needed to finish that three processes. Kefid, as a special supplier of crushing and grinding equipment, launches a efficient copper ore beneficiation production line ,which is mainly composed of jaw crusher, cone crusher and ball mill.

Raw materials are sent to jaw crusher for primary crushing. Then materials will go into cone crusher to get smaller size copper ore, which will be sent to ball mill by vibration feeder for grinding. The materials that do not meet the requirements will be regrinding, and qualified materials will be floated and dried to get copper concentrate powder.
